Our offering
Privacy compliance
We assist organisations with their privacy compliance, among others with GDPR, CCPA and PIPEDA compliance.
As part of privacy compliance we help organisations with among others records of processing, including managing vendors who process personal data.
Data processing agreements
Data processing agreements (DPA) are required with third parties who process personal data on an organisation’s behalf. We help organisations with their DPAs both with suppliers and customers. We provide DPA templates and also assist with DPA negotiations.
Data protection training
We provide data protection training to organisations and their employees. Training can be one off or recurring, and take place live or be provided in a written format.
